This privacy policy explains how Run Sheet handles information when you use the app.

What the app stores

Run Sheet stores the information you enter into the app on your device. This includes area names, street lists, parcel entries, run history, delivery status, and app settings such as colors and font sizes.

How information is used

The stored information is used only to provide the app’s parcel run sheet features, including area setup, daily runs, history, and backup/import of area files.

What the app does not do

• Run Sheet does not require an account.
• Run Sheet does not show ads.
• Run Sheet does not include analytics or tracking SDKs.
• Run Sheet does not automatically send your run data to the developer.

Exporting and sharing

If you choose to export an area, the app creates a file on your device or opens Android’s share flow so you can choose where to save or send it. This only happens when you trigger the action.

Imported files

If you choose to import an area file, the selected file is used only to add that area data into the app on your device.

Permissions

The Android version currently includes Internet permission as part of the app package and uses Android file/share features for user-initiated export and import.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete areas or runs within the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.
